Marly, an Envision Sustainability Professional, is passionate about integrating sustainable practices into every aspect of her work. From creating purpose-driven real estate developments to establishing circular business models for tech startups, she has employed innovative strategies across diverse industries. As the Sustainability Lead, Marly works to identify opportunities to add long-term value to projects and empower clients to achieve their goals.

I love that sustainability pushes us to look beyond today’s obstacles, so the actions we take now leave a thriving, vibrant world for future generations to enjoy.

Clare Share, P.Eng., IRP

Climate Resilience Lead

Clare is deeply committed to helping communities adapt to climate change. She is a certified Infrastructure Resilience Professional with experience as both an owner and a consultant in Canada and Europe, granting her unique insight into community-level climate change adaptation and the hazard identification and risk assessment needs of municipalities. Her expertise in climate risk management—including the PIEVC Protocol and grant funding navigation—allows clients to achieve more resilient infrastructure in a shorter timeframe.

Understanding climate risk is not just about recognizing the challenges we face; it’s about empowering communities with the knowledge and tools to adapt and become more resilient in the face of change.

Stacey Lick, ProfCertAM, CAMA

Asset Management Lead

Stacey is a Civil Engineering Technologist with a Professional Certificate in Asset Management Planning from the Institute of Public Works Engineering of Australasia, and is a Certified Asset Management Assessor through World Partners in Asset Management. Having spent a significant portion of her career implementing asset management programs for local governments, she is keenly aware of our clients’ needs for clear, prioritized plans that enable them to manage their infrastructure effectively.

Throughout my career in local government, I’ve not only developed asset management programs but have seen first-hand how collaboration and streamlined processes can transform organizations. I’m dedicated to sharing my expertise to help organizations launch or enhance their asset management programs to drive sustainable service delivery.

Bernard Abelson, P.Eng., M.Eng., TOPS, ENV SP

Sustainability Advisor

Bernard is an Envision Sustainability Professional committed to integrating sustainability and lifecycle thinking into his projects and daily life. With a background in transportation planning and project management, he assists clients in identifying opportunities and managing risks while collaboratively developing and implementing sustainable solutions.
