Chad is a Professional Engineer and Project Management Professional with over seven years of experience managing transportation and infrastructure projects from planning to construction completion. He excels in financial and probabilistic risk management on large-scale projects up to $100M. This is complemented by over ten years of construction industry experience, establishing the connection between constructability awareness and engineered solutions to offer a valuable product in all aspects of the project life cycle.

Chris has extensive knowledge spread across the AEC industry, including expertise in Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil Engineering disciplines. His focus is on the project management of buildings and facilities projects and supports clients through all project phases, from design through construction administration. Chris has overseen many new buildings along with renovation and expansion projects and is skilled in various contract delivery methods, utilizing CCDC and RAIC contracts. Chris also has experience with alternate project delivery methods such as Integrated Project Delivery.

Neetu is a skilled Project Manager who excels in complex projects involving First Nations collaboration, environmental mitigation, road recovery, design-builds, and utility relocations. Focusing on interested party engagement, risk management, and compliance, Neetu delivers efficient, innovative, and collaborative solutions that drive project success.

Tim Stevens is a seasoned senior project manger with nearly 50 years of experience in western and northern Canada, most of which, has been on Transportation and Infrastructure projects throughout British Columbia. He began his career as a geometric designer and progressed to project engineering and now project management. Tim’s expertise is in project leadership with a focus on realistic scoping and scope control, project estimates including risk registers and risk management and reliable scheduling.  He has managed projects with values up to $600M and has participated in many larger projects. Tim is skilled in mentoring, project planning, design and construction, interested parties management, negotiations with local governments, and Indigenous communities consultation.

Nathaniel is a Professional Engineer with knowledge in a wide variety of engineering disciplines and technical fields which drives his ambition to deliver unique and complex multi-disciplinary projects. His career has encompassed design, project management, contract administration, and sustainability analysis for private and public sectors on projects such as municipal utilities, highways, and infrastructure.

Christine Kroad, a Project Management Professional, is skilled at coordinating multidisciplinary teams and overseeing all phases of project delivery. She has expertise in managing project documentation, interested party consultations, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
