Since 2010, McElhanney has been involved with the Crystal Heights 54-unit Strata for Citimark. After completing the construction of the development in 2016, Citimark continued on with another 84-unit Townhouse development on an adjoining site, known as Apex. Citimark and McElhanney were both keen to continue their ongoing 10+ year relationship for the construction of Apex.

McElhanney provided a full spectrum of Legal Survey services for both Crystal Heights and Apex, including:
