The McElhanney M-POWER Scholarship Program is designed to empower, support, and recognize young professionals from diverse backgrounds in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) fields. Our mission is to identify talented individuals passionate about joining a workplace with a team of problem solvers, collaborators, creative thinkers, and community leaders.

The M-POWER Scholarship Program recognizes students and professionals in four different categories, which align with our purpose, core values, and strategy.

We welcome applications from students of all backgrounds, including but not limited to Indigenous Peoples, women, racialized groups, persons with disabilities, members of 2SLGBTQIA+ communities, and other equity-deserving groups.

Our scholarship recipients embark on a journey of discovery through meaningful internships that help them explore and define their true career passions, whether in the field or the office. Along the way, they are supported by industry-leading mentors and become part of a vibrant community of exceptional students from across Canada. Through this experience, they not only learn and grow but acquire the skills and training necessary to tackle real-world challenges, preparing them to become the problem solvers and leaders of tomorrow.
