Nitehawk Adventure Park Bike Carrier Engineering

Nitehawk is a year-round outdoor destination located outside of Grande Prairie. The summer months attract mountain bikers and trail runners, and Nitehawk sought to improve the mountain bike visitor experience by expanding operations to their Platter lift zone.
With the purchase of an easyLOOP bike carrier system, Nitehawk was ready for McElhanney to provide a Canadian ropeway code review and to supply local authority submissions. McElhanney provided a review of the documentation package, a preliminary submission to the Alberta Elevating Devices & Amusement Rides Safety Association (AEDARSA), onsite acceptance testing, and a final submission to the local authority.
After the documentation was in place, Nitehawk began summer downhill MTB operations in the Platter life zone, to the delight of locals and out-of-town visitors alike!
