McElhanney Consulting Services Ltd. has acquired Calgary-based Remediation Consulting Group Inc. (RCGI) specializing in the remediation and reclamation of contaminated sites. RCGI has played a key role in many challenging environmental projects in Alberta since 2006.
The acquisition of RCGI further diversifies McElhanney’s environmental team, adding to their established reputation and service offerings in numerous market sectors across Western Canada.
“Bringing RCGI’s skill set under McElhanney’s roof is mutually beneficial to both companies,” says McElhanney Consulting Services Ltd.’s President and CEO, Allan Russell. “It allows McElhanney to provide increasingly diverse expertise to new and established clients alike, and RCGI’s existing clients will now benefit from an amplified depth of resources, including engineering support, on more complex projects.”
RCGI now operates under the McElhanney name from the company’s office in Calgary, supporting McElhanney’s growing environmental presence in the Prairies.
