Put your hands together: McElhanney has officially been named one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers for the second consecutive year!
This national competition shines a spotlight on industry-leading employers dedicated to creating exceptional workplaces for their staff. Every year, the editors of Canada’s Top 100 Employers evaluate hundreds of applications by assessing companies across eight key categories: Workplace; Work Atmosphere & Social; Health, Financial & Family Benefits; Vacation & Time Off; Employee Communications; Performance Management; Training & Skills Development; and Community Involvement.
For the second year in a row, we proudly announce that McElhanney has earned a spot on this coveted list. Not only is this designation a celebration of our operational and fiscal accomplishments, but it is also a testament to our exceptional people who live our purpose every day:

- We leverage employee feedback when reviewing our benefits and maintain a three-year well-being strategy with accompanying in-house programming, including lunch and learns on financial and mental well-being; we also offer coverage for mental health services.
- We encourage employees to keep physically fit with subsidized memberships to a fully equipped fitness facility, including access to a basketball court and instructor-led classes.
- McElhanney lets everyone share in our success through profit-sharing and offers a number of additional financial incentives, including signing bonuses for some, fiscal year-end bonuses for all, and generous referral bonuses. Non-managerial employees also received a one-time payout to offset high inflation.
