Awarded by Deloitte, the Best Managed Companies program recognizes excellence in private Canadian-owned companies. This designation is a badge we wear with gusto and to reach Gold Standard, winners must successfully maintain their Best Managed status for four to six consecutive years. McElhanney won its initial award in 2017 and first achieved Gold Standard status in 2020.
Hundreds of organizations compete for this recognition annually through a rigorous application process. After being evaluated on their management, business performance, and sustained growth, only the best companies are recognized. For the sixth year in a row, this includes McElhanney.
