McElhanney has been accepted into the Accredited Employer Member-In-Training Program offered by Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia (EGBC). This accreditation means EGBC has acknowledged that McElhanney’s training, supervision, structure, and work environment allows Engineers-in-Training (EITs) to meet the experience requirements needed to apply for their Professional Engineer (PEng) designation.
Additionally, once a McElhanney EIT has completed their PEng application, it will be fast tracked and reviewed in a shorter timeframe compared to the traditional assessment process.
